The young generation in particular and we all generally deal with so much mental anguish, pain by not being able to manage our negative emotions properly and intelligently.
The keynote speaker being a trained professional dealt with the issue in a scientific but very easy to understand manner.
All emotions are related to the release of one or the other chemical in the brain and if want to enhance the working of dopamine, oxytocin and other positive hormones/ chemicals it is important to be conscious of our diet, doing proper and regular exercise and thereby supply more oxygen to the brain. Students and faculty did the exercises and felt relieved and rejuvenated.
Thanks to the Head and Dean BBA dept. and it’s faculty for taking the initiative for this worthy cause.
Ms Nidhi has promised us to conduct more such sessions for the well being of studnets.
