DAV Centenary College, Faridabad Students Visit PNB Staff Training Center* DAV Centenary College Faridabad, organised an Educational Tour to PNB Staff Training College on 24/09/2024. Officiating Principal, Dr. Archana Bhatia, DAV Centenary College, Faridabad, applauded the initiative as approximately 35 students from B.Voc (Retail Management) and B.A. Economics (Final year), accompanied by faculty members Ms. Rajni Tuteja,, and Dr. Anjusha Srivastava, visited the Punjab National Bank (PNB) Staff Training Center.The bank officials warmly welcomed the faculty members as well as the students. The educational visit provided the students with a comprehensive understanding of the banking industry. The students gained insights into the functioning of banks, various types of loans, with a particular focus on education loans. The interactive session was highly informative, giving the students practical exposure to real-world banking operations, enhancing their classroom knowledge. Mr.Ajay Kaul, Chief Manager, from the Bank delivered the session which was very fruitful. The visit aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and industry application. The students actively engaged in discussions and raised pertinent questions about financial processes, showcasing their enthusiasm and curiosity. Principal Dr. Archana Bhatia remarked, "Such industry exposure is essential for the overall development of our students, preparing them to face the professional world with confidence and practical knowledge."
