An extension Lecture on ‘Team Development and Dynamics’ at DAV Centenary College
The PG Commerce Department of DAV Centenary College organized an extension lecture on the topic “Team Development and Dynamics”. The expert speaker Dr. Smriti Khanna from Apeejay Satya University shared her valuable insight on Team Performance and team cohesiveness. The event involved various engaging and interesting team management games for the participants.
This session was organised under the leadership of the officiating principal of the college, Dr. Archana Bhatia and was conducted under the guidance of Dr. Imrana Khan, Dean PG Commerce department and Dr. Bindu Roy, HOD PG Commerce department . The organising secretary for the session was Ms. Shikha Raghav. Around 40 students of M.Com enthusiastically attended the session.
