Outreach Programme on the importance of “Innovation and Entrepreneurship”

BBA Department of DAV Centenary College and IIC(Institution's Innovation Council) organized an Outreach Programme on the importance of "Innovation and Entrepreneurship" at Government Model Senior Secondary School NIT-3, Faridabad on 14/10/2024.

The programme was conducted under the guidance of Dr Archana Bhatia, Officiating Principal, Dr Ruchi Malhotra, IIC- Convener and Overall S.F.S. Coordinator; Dr Nisha Singh, Dean - BBA and Dr Ankita Mohindra, Head of the Department, BBA.

54 students participated in the programme. The main objective of the programme was to make the students aware of the power of innovation and the possibilities of entrepreneurship so that they can bring a positive change in society by commercializing their ideas in the future.

Ms.Meenakshi Kaushik, Dr Smriti Sharma and Ms.Omita Johar motivated the students and communicated with the students that in today's era, innovation and entrepreneurship are not only a medium of economic growth but also an important part of social and cultural change. The youth should now move away from traditional paths and work on new ideas and techniques so that they can establish their identity.
