Lecture on Innovative Teaching Techniques Organised at DAV Centenary College DAV Centenary College, Faridabad, under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), organised a lecture on “Innovative Techniques in Teaching” for the faculty of the college. The session was conducted by Dr. Surekha Jain, a renowned academician, who shared valuable insights into modern pedagogy. In her address, Dr. Jain emphasised the importance of the three Cs—Content, Competence, and Commitment—as essential qualities for every teacher. She highlighted the need for educators to be both knowledgeable and deeply committed towards their students and profession. Dr. Archana Bhatia, Officiating Principal, delivered the welcome address and introduced the guest speaker. The event saw the participation of around 50 teachers, who found the session engaging and informative. The lecture was smoothly coordinated by Dr. Jitender Dhull (IQAC Coordinator), Dr. Lalita Dhingra (Assistant Coordinator, IQAC), and Dr. Sonam Arora along with Ms. Ravinder Kaur as the Organising Secretaries. The session concluded on a positive note, encouraging teachers to continuously adopt innovative methods in their teaching practices.
