Indian Knowledge System

Under the able guidance of the Officiating Principal, Dr. Archana Bhatia, an extension lecture on various dimensions of 'Indian Knowledge System’ was organized by the Sanskrit Department and the BCA Department in association with the Indian Knowledge Tradition Cell of DAV Centenary College, Faridabad. Professor Sudhir Kumar Arya from the School of Sanskrit and Indic Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, was invited as the expert faculty.Before the start of the lecture, a hawan yajna was performed by the BCA Department for the new students. About 150 students participated in this yajna. Dr. Meenakshi Hooda, Dr. Amit Sharma, Madam Ruchi, Priya, Zakir Hussain, Pramod Kumar, and EH Ansari marked their presence in the program.
