A havan yajna was performed at D.A.V. Centenary College to welcome the first-year students of the Journalism and Tourism Department to the new academic session (2024-25). Dr. Archana Bhatia illuminated that Swami Dayanand Saraswati Ji was a strong supporter of women's education, and he always talked about women getting equal opportunities in all aspects of life. All teachers of the Journalism and Tourism Department, including Rachna Kasana, Virendra Singh, Amit Dahiya, Manjeet Patial, Tamanna Saini along with second and third year students, participated in the havan.
