Extension lecture on Stock Market organised at DAV Centenary College
An extension lecture on ‘Stock Market : Trends and Growth’ was organised by the department of commerce (GIA & SFS) for students, teachers and non teaching staff of the college. The program was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Archana Bhatia, Officiating Principal of the college.
The resource person for the lecture was CA Pankaj Goyal, who addressed all the significant players of stock market operations. CA Goyal further elaborated on the working of NSE, BSE & NIFTY. Around seventy students and their teachers attended the program.
The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks by the Convener, Dr. Anju Gupta. Dr. Archana Singhal was the Organizing Secretary of the program. Other faculty members including Dr. Jitender Dhull, Dr. Sunita Dudeja, Dr. Narender Duggal, Dr. Lalita Dhingra were also present in the program
