- Cyclothon 2.0 -The campaign for a Drug-Free India.

Students and faculty members of DAV Centenary College, Faridabad, actively participated in the Cyclothon 2.0 organized to promote the campaign for a Drug-Free India. The event was flagged off by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana, Shri Nayab Singh Saini, who also administered a pledge to the youth and all attendees, urging them to unite in the fight against drug addiction and contribute towards building a drug-free Haryana.
Cyclothon 2.0 aims to spread awareness about the ill effects of drug abuse and reinforce the message of a healthier, addiction-free society, especially among the younger generation.
Encouraging the college community to take part in this noble cause, Officiating Principal Dr. Archana Bhatia motivated students and faculty members to participate wholeheartedly. The event saw the enthusiastic involvement of Associate Professor and Head, Dept. of Physical Education & Sports, Dr. Narender Duggal, along with 18 other faculty members and over 100 students from the college.
The college’s participation was smoothly coordinated by Dr. Sarika Saini, while the preparations were diligently overseen by Coordinator Dr. Yogesh.
Such initiatives not only raise awareness but also instill a sense of social responsibility among the youth—an essential step towards a better and drug-free tomorrow.
