ComQuest 2024

The Commerce Department of DAV centenary college organised the 'ComQuest 2024' Delhi-NCR level Commerce Quiz Competition. Students from various colleges and universities of Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Sohna, Palwal and Faridabad participated in this competition. Based on the screening test, the top six teams were selected for the main quiz. The stages of the quiz included various fields like Statistics, Accounting, Economics, Management, Current Affairs, Bollywood and Rapid Fire through which the intelligence of the students were tested. Mr. Rajiv Chawla, Chairman, I am SME of India was the Chief Guest. The Guest of Honour Mr. Jasmeet Singh an entrepreneur and alumnus of the college, also served as the jury in the quiz. Tarun, Kshitij and Prakash of DAV centenary college bagged the first position in the competition. Nandini, Nishtha and Sahil of J.C. Bose YMCA University secured the second position. DAVIM's Vansaj, Jiten, and Geetika came third. The winning teams were awarded trophies and medals, while all the participants of the top six teams were presented with participation certificates and Bhagavad Gita.

Mr. Rajiv Chawla and Jayraj Group made the students aware about the relevance of money, wealth, discipline and time. The event was inaugurated by Dr. Archana Bhatia, Officiating Principal of the college. Quiz coordinator Dr. Anju Gupta congratulated the winners, and co-coordinator Miss Sunita Dudeja expressed gratitude to all who contributed to make the event a success. The event was hosted by Dr. Imrana Khan. As Quiz Master Dr. Nisha Singh played a significant role and all the teachers of the Commerce Department made notable contribution.
