A one day Case Study workshop was organised by PG department of commerce under the aegis of Research Committee for the faculty and P.G. students of the DAV Centenary College Faridabad.
The main objective of the workshop was to provide the audience an in-depth knowledge of the scope of Case Study writing.
The Resource Person for the day were Dr. Sweta Dixit and Dr. Mohit Maurya, Associate Professor , School of business Studies, Sharda University, Greater Noida. The Program started with verbal and floral welcome of the guests by the Officiating Principal of the college, Dr. Archana Bhatia. In her address Dr. Bhatia emphasised on the importance of publications in the field of education.
Dr. Maurya gave an insight on the type of case studies one can pursue and the systematic steps involved in writing a case study whereas Dr. Dixit highlighted the key factor of case study i.e. Dilemma and cleared the difference between Case Study and Research case
The convenor of the Program was Head of P.G. Department Dr. Bindu Roy. The organising secretary were Dr. Imrana Khan, Dr. Ankita Mohindra and Dr. Nisha Singh. Around thirty faculty and fifteen Students PG department attended the program.
