An educational trip was organized for the students of Journalism and Mass Communication to watch the Newspaper Exhibition and Production Portfolio event. This event was conducted by the J.C. Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad. A team of thirty eight students visited the University campus on 28th and 29th, Apr 2022. On the first day, there was an exhibition of various newspapers published in India from pre-independence to post-indepence era along with specimens of magazines also. Post independence newspapers like Udant Martand, Harijan, Samachar Darpan, Amrit Bazar Patrika, etc. were there along with various newspapers in regional languages. On the second day, students of J.C. Bose University, Faridabad showcased their production portfolio. The team DAV, BAJMC also visited the video production lab cum studio and have conversation with the technical experts. The technical team of the video lab explained the procedure and significance of green screen, track, crane, phone-in, technical delay etc. to students. The students were quite satisfy with the answers and were feeling happy to visit and watch such type of good knowledgeable things. Ms. Rachna Kasana, HoD of the BAJMC and Mr. Virendra Singh remained as the motivator and guide throughout these two days.
